Prayers needed again

I posted just a few days ago about how my high school is really hurting right now and had lost 6 (actually it was 7) lives in the past three months. Unfortunately that number has jumped again.
On Wednesday morning, a junior at the school was killed in a car accident. His mother was driving and pulled in front of an 18-wheeler at the main intersection that most students use to get to school. I believe the mom is in pretty bad condition as well, but it looks like she will make it. This was the morning of See You at the Pole, so some students were already there, but many passed by it on their way in. My dad was there meeting with the principal when he got the call. He said the students were just walking around like zombies...I don't think they even know how to cope anymore.

On another related note, dad had a lot of requests to share his "sermon?" (I know that's not what it's called at a funeral) from the 14 year old girl's funeral. He posted it on his blog (Brother Bob's Blog), and it's very good for people who are dealing with suicide.
