Well, technically this is week 2, but last week was very busy and didn't go well. I gained 2 pounds according to my scale, but I finally joined the gym and have been twice since then. I've also got daily ab and daily cardio apps on my phone that have 5-10 minute programs I can do at home.
I've cut back on coke, and we haven't had sweet tea in the house since Sunday. I still need to work on eating healthier, but we're making progress.
Total weight loss is 1 pound, but that's after gaining 2, so I'm happy with it. I'm hoping that going back to work and being on my feet more will help even more. Plus I can stop by the gym before picking Keagan up. I think it can only get easier!
For now, Keagan and I are headed to the mall to walk around before going to tutor. I finally got my rings resized, so this will be the first time I've worn them since July!
